Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 4Micro.ca website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Use of Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to access the Platform using automated means (bots, scrapers).
- You agree not to bypass any security measures of the Platform.
2. User Content & Resumes
By uploading your resume, profile data, or job postings ("User Content"), you grant 4Micro.ca a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
3. AI Matching Disclaimer
4Micro.ca uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to match candidates with job opportunities. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems are probabilistic and may produce errors. We do not guarantee that our AI matching will result in a job offer, interview, or successful hire. Decisions on hiring are made solely by the respective employers, not by 4Micro.ca or its algorithms.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Micro.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact support to request data deletion.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4Micro.ca operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
